While weight loss will vary by person. On average many people have lost and could lose between 20-35 pounds on the 42-day program. We've had patients lose over 40 pounds. Everyone is different. It depends on many factors, including how much excess weight you have, how much weight needs to be lost, genetics, and an individual’s follow-through and adherence to any weight loss program they are performing. If you follow the program as directed YOU WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT.

It is true that when dramatically cutting back on calories and fat, our body stores fat and our metabolism slows down. NO!!!!! Never skip any of your meals. It’s important to eat all your allotted food. It is crucial that you consume the full portions of protein. Additionally, do not move portions of food from one meal to the next.

NO! However, after 42 days, you need to enter the “cycling phase” for a minimum of 3 weeks. This is done to make sure that your body does not adapt to the formula.
